Who we are
Arguc.dev is a product studio run by Mertcan Arguc. This policy explains what personal data we collect through arguc.dev, the client portal and our AI assistants (Qwerty on the website, Songül in the client portal), and how we use it. For any privacy question, write to mertcan@arguc.dev.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, company and the project details you share in the project brief, contact forms or chat.
Chat messages: conversations with our assistants are processed to generate replies. Client portal conversations may be stored so we can follow up on your request. To limit misuse, the website chat counts messages per visitor using your IP address and a cookie (arguc_vid) for up to a day.
Portal accounts: if you are a client, we store your email address, sign-in records, project messages and the files you upload.
Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) needed to run and secure the service. Your language and theme choices are kept in your browser's local storage.
How we use it
To answer your enquiries, scope and deliver projects, provide the client portal, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on trusted processors to run the service: hosting and database providers, file storage (e.g. Amazon S3, Cloudflare), email delivery, and AI inference providers (e.g. Anthropic, Groq) that process chat messages to generate replies. They only process data on our instructions.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under applicable law (including KVKK and GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data. Send your request to mertcan@arguc.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
